The forthcoming festival season 
is further expected to provide a strong impetus to the sector. The real estate market in India sizzles all round the year, but in the festival season, a lot of spice is added to it. Arvind Khanna, COO, Beekman Helix India Consultants says, “The whole action will remain concentrated on the residential segment. Action will be at its peak during Navratras, since it is considered to be more auspicious to buy homes during the Navratras than on Diwali, and in addition, bonuses are distributed in this time only.”
